The terms that apply when you shop at Verella.

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Verella website and to every order placed through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them, along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy.
Products
All products sold by Verella are original and sourced from the brands or their authorised distributors. We do our best to show products accurately, but colours and packaging may differ slightly from the photos, and brands sometimes update their packaging.
Prices
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP). The delivery fee for your governorate is added at checkout and shown before you confirm. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we'll contact you before processing the order and you can cancel it at no cost.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it — for InstaPay and Vodafone Cash, once your payment has been verified. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the payment can't be verified or we suspect fraud; if you've already paid, you'll receive a full refund.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, InstaPay and Vodafone Cash. For wallet payments, transfer the exact order total to the number shown at checkout and upload proof of the transfer. Orders with a transfer that can't be verified within 48 hours may be cancelled.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds are handled as described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and let us know straight away if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, including your delivery address and phone number.
Intellectual property
The Verella name, logo, V mark and the site's design and content belong to Verella. Brand names and trademarks of the products we sell belong to their respective owners.
Liability
We're responsible for delivering the products you order as described. We aren't liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Always follow the brand's instructions for using fragrance and personal care products, and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We may update them from time to time; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Questions? Email verellabrands@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.
