Delivery areas & fees
We deliver to all 27 governorates in Egypt. The delivery fee depends on the governorate you're shipping to, and you'll always see it at checkout before placing your order — there are no hidden charges at the door.
Processing & delivery times
Cash-on-delivery orders are prepared right away. InstaPay and Vodafone Cash orders are prepared once your transfer has been verified.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days of confirmation, depending on the governorate. During sales and holiday seasons delivery can take a little longer — we'll contact you if there's any delay.
Receiving your order
Our courier will call the phone number on your order before delivery, so please keep it reachable. For cash-on-delivery orders, have the order total ready.
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, you can refuse it and contact us.
Returns
You can return items within 14 days of delivery as long as they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging with any seals and cellophane intact. Fashion items must be unworn with their tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, fragrances, musk, oud and personal care products that have been opened, unsealed or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll arrange collection or tell you where to send them.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we'll refund the item price within 7 business days via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. The original delivery fee isn't refundable, and return delivery is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Want a different size or product instead? Returns that meet the conditions above can be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value — just tell us when you start your return.
